Answer:
- Go to View Reports
- Click on Management
- Choose Reconciled Journal New or Reconciled Journal Used to see all posted deals and the variances.

Our current accounting report does not show vehicles that have pending sales against them.
Is there a report in DOCVision that will show any New Vehicles in stock and not on Floor Plan and that do not have deals pending on them?

Answer:
Yes, in View Reports
- Go to View Reports
- Click on Management
- Then choose Floor Plan Exception
This report will show all New vehicles not floored and Deals, if any, pending on them.

We offer the F&I system Tune-up service that will clean up your setups so that old forms and banks are deleted, current forms moved to page 1, Retail and Lease form #'s match, Bank reserve splits verified, accounting bank codes verified, form prompts set as needed, and forms alignment as needed.
